Hope you are all well.
This is my first post after having created my First Blog to promote SizeGenetics with the help of Martyn.
On my comments screen for approval someone has "Pinged" me. I have visited the site and they have reproduced the article I wrote and provided a backlink to my site.
They have kept my affil link in but they have also added their own links into the article for other products.
Will this help or hinder me if I approve the Ping? I guess I can't do anything about the other site but its good to get a relevant backlink isn't it?

Sounds like perhaps someone is scraping your content??
You can do something about it! If it's 100% original content you've written yourself, you can contact them and ask them to remove it. It sounds like autoblogging/scraping to me if they're taking your content and adding their own affiliate links.
If it is autoblogging, then their site is probably just a throw away as Google will eventually de-index it (I assume) so the link could be worthless anyway.
It's up to you what you want to do with it.
